Meeting Prep
Free Intro Call: We do a quick 15 minute call to make sure this meeting is what you need at this point in your business. Our goal is to not waste time or money if we aren't going to be able to move you in the right direction.
Meeting Prep Form: Before the meeting, we'll send you a form that will give us feedback and walk you through different concepts that will make the meeting more efficient and best utilize our 4 hours.
Meeting Follow-Up
Follow-Up Recording: After the meeting, we'll follow up with any notes we gathered during the meeting so you have all insight as well as a meeting recording.
Clear Priorities: The goal is to leave each meeting with 1 to 3 clear priorities and a hierarchy of their importance.
Check-In's
Monthly Check-In: We'll follow-up once a month for the next 3 months to see if you are making progress and any tips you might need as you work the plan.
